Plans and credits
Understand the plans, what a credit is and how the monthly allowance works.
Kabaido has five plans: Free, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Each plan sets the seats, catalogue size and module limits, and includes a monthly allowance of credits.
What a credit is
A credit is one resolved request line. Lines are complexity-weighted, so a catalogue or structured line costs 1 credit, a service or configured line costs 2, a configured line with geometry costs 3, and each vision page beyond the first adds 1. AI-configured design results weigh the same as configured lines, a Machinist AI action costs 2 and an email agent drafted reply adds 1 on top of the line charges of its pipeline run. Reading and classifying inbound email is free.
Working in the platform by hand costs nothing. Browsing, building quotes manually, configuring designs yourself and reading the run page are all free. Credits meter the AI only.
Monthly allowance
Your included credits are granted at the start of each billing period. They are non-rolling, so unused credits do not carry over to the next month.

Annual billing is available on every paid plan at 5 per cent off the annual total. CSV import and export and the quote acceptance portal are included on every plan, free included.
Module add-ons
The four modules are included in every plan. Three things are priced separately, each quoted per project:
- Commerce: your fully managed website, store and trade portal. One-time setup POA, then £129 a month hosting and management.
- Design Engineer custom categories: a new design category scoped and built for a one-time POA setup fee, then usable like any launch category.
- Machinist custom builds: custom machine interfaces, licences and handovers, POA.
Prices exclude VAT. Paid plans charge a per credit overage above the allowance, reported through your invoice. The free plan has no overage and stops at its caps.
